FAQ

  • What are the Center Wavelength (CWL) and Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) of your filters?

CWL is the wavelength corresponding to the peak transmittance of the filter, and FWHM is the wavelength range at half of the peak transmittance. Both jointly determine the filtering accuracy of the filter.
  • Can your filters be compatible with my equipment (e.g., camera/sensor/medical device)?

Just provide the equipment model, operating wavelength and optical interface size, we can match the corresponding model. We also support providing samples for you to conduct on-machine testing to verify compatibility.
  • Do you have filters in stock? What are the delivery times for stock and custom orders?

We have more than 10,000 types of filters in stock, which can be shipped within 1-3 working days. The lead time for custom orders is 7-25 working days, the lead time for special complex film system filters can be determined through negotiation. Cross-border express delivery can be delivered in 5-12 days.
  • Do your filters comply with international certifications such as RoHS/CE/FDA?

All filters are RoHS environmentally certified, and medical-grade filters can additionally provide CE and FDA certifications. Certification documents can be provided with the goods.
  • What logistics methods are supported for cross-border orders? How is the freight calculated?

International couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS are supported. Free global shipping for orders ≥$500, and freight for orders under $500 is calculated based on package weight and destination.
  • How to handle quality issues (scratches/film peeling) of filters?

If you find quality problems such as scratches and film peeling on the filter within 7 days after receipt, you can apply for free return and exchange by providing clear photos. All filters enjoy a 1-year warranty, and free repair or replacement is available for non-human damage.
  • What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom filters?

The minimum order quantity for custom filters is 10 pieces. If you have bulk purchase needs, the MOQ can be negotiated and reduced.
  • How can I maintain my filters in good condition?

We recommend cleaning your filters every three months. More frequent cleaning is advised if used in high-dust environments or if the filters are frequently transferred across different applications. For cleaning, dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with acetone, methanol, or ethanol, then gently wipe the filter surface in a circular motion to avoid damaging the optical coating.
  • Do you provide custom or semi-custom service?

Yes. Leveraging our in-house manufacturing capabilities, we offer fully customized filter solutions tailored to your specific requirements—from dimensions to optical performance parameters.
  • Are there specific environmental conditions to note for filter operation?

Yes. To preserve filter performance and integrity, avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity or extreme temperature fluctuations—these guidelines protect the optical coating and structural stability of the filter.
  • How can I submit a Request For Quotation (RFQ)?

To initiate an RFQ, you can directly find us by click “Contact us” on the Navigation Bar. Or you can also send your detailed requirements (including filter specifications, quantity, delivery timeline, and any customization needs) to our dedicated email: qunqunl49@gmail.com. Our sales team will respond to your inquiry within one business day to process your RFQ and provide further support.
